Product return policy: 
1. Return the product for reasons from the manufacturer: You need to record a video of you opening the product and discovering the error. We will evaluate within 3 days. If it is due to a manufacturer error, we agree to return the product and exchange it for another product for you within 7 days. We will support the related costs. 

2. In case the customer returns for the reason of wanting to exchange another product or change the size: we agree to support the exchange of the product for you. And all costs of converting the product will be paid by the customer. 

3. The product can be exchanged when there is a video recording the process of opening the product, keeping the original label and showing no signs of use. 

4. Products ordered according to specific measurements or special requests will not be exchanged. 

5. We only support product exchange and repair upon request, do not accept returns and refunds.
